Newburyport:Christmas came a few days early for ice cream lovers in downtown Newburyport Sunday as Gram's gave away the frozen treat to anyone who wanted some. The ice cream shop was celebrating their last day of the season, they will be opening again in the spring. Here employees Rachael Travers, of Haverhill dressed as a tree, and Colleen Gargan of Byfield, dressed as a reindeer, spead the happy news.
